Fireside Chat: Bloom Where You Are Planted

1. Graham has mentioned to Aglow that it is one thing to take ground and another thing to keep it. What does that mean to you as a Lighthouse? As an Area Team? As a Region?

2. You, yes you! You are a vital part of this Aglow group. What strengths do you bring? If you cannot think of any, ask the people around you to help you answer this question. Often those around us can see our strengths when we cannot. Do you need to get another thought about who you REALLY are in the Kingdom?

3. What are the passions you have? List them.

4. As a group, ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to see the assignments He has for your Aglow group. He has specific plans in mind for your group. Have someone list them as they are called out.

5. Thinking of your strengths and your passions, where do you see that you could step in and be a part of any of the assignments in #4? Remember, each one will play a part. Like a team sport, Aglow needs many ‘players’ to ‘carry the ball’ for each assignment. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you where your part is. You may have more than one.

6. As the Leadership Team of your group decides which assignment to begin first, be ready to step in and bring your strengths and passions. This is a moment that you have been born to accomplish.
